I've never witnessed such an arrogant defendant throughout all the many trials I've watched! Whether he's guilty or not, a young girl was horribly killed and SA'd and he's swaying in his chair there like he's in a bar! Disgusting.

I’m surprised the judge hasn’t admonished him to sit properly and be respectful in court. Outside the presence of the jury the first time. If he continues, I’d do it while the jury is present.

30 years ago I was an alternate juror on a child SA case, and when we entered the courtroom the 1st time, he sat like this and even waved to us. I was so young I thought we had walked into a preview of what to expect, not the actual defendant. 😳
