Wrong. That's a communication cable from the ground to the TMA. Tower Mounted Amplifier. With it disconnected, the TMA can't be controlled as it should. That has NOTHING to do with your internet cabling.

Bullshit, every linesman I know makes at least $1k per day. They are hourly, and work an on call schedule, but they make a shit ton more than you just said. You didn’t do any research clearly, what else is new?

I did research. Look up the figures. Now that’s an average. Is there somewhere that pays more? Maybe, not sure but I did look it up and that’s where I got those figures from

So much research, this wasn’t even a deep dive, just a google search of average pay for a lineman. If you did research, you should seriously reconsider your sources of information. Just saying.

90% of these blue collar high risk jobs don’t pay for shit. Low pay raises, high turnover, and nepotistic management. My friend works on wind turbines for Siemens. He travels a lot. His pay barely covers his expenses being away from home all the time. I completely quit working these Ponzi scheme kind of jobs. Someone working at Target gets $25hr while someone doing this who could be fired at the drop of a hat makes $27.50…. OOOOOooooOoooooo, totally worth it 🙄

No. Im interested in the job for sure. Probably because I dont mind if my nuts are in my stomach waiting to come out.. But not for a pay downgrade.. I would however just climb them for that amount any day. Just let me know..
