According to the indictment, Witchey is accused of creating, directing, producing, or transferring nudity-oriented material of minors on the dates of April 7, 2023, and February 19, 2024. There are fifteen counts cited which are classified as felonies of the second degree.  The grand jury found an additional 15 counts for possession or viewing of nudity-oriented materials or performances of minors on the dates of April 18, 2024, and June 13, 2024. These counts are felonies of the 5th degree. Witchey is currently being held in the Richland County Jail on a charge of attempted importuning that is alleged to have taken place on June 13, 2024. Witchey is accused of trying to solicit a minor who was less than thirteen years of age to engage in sexual activity.
