I bought one of those big tv:s that are like a painting against the wall. Samsung calls them The Frame but this one I bought was from TCL on discount. Good quality android based TV. I have it mounted on the wall behind my desk and simulate different views but also from inside a train in Japan. It's awesome. There are also lots of window videos on YouTube that goes on for hours. Some loop though and they are annoying. It's definitely worth the nice view in 4k and it makes a good simulation of a real window. The image below is not mine but it shows how good the illusion can be and it's much cheaper than a room with a view plus that you can choose your view depending on mood. Ignorance is bliss as he says in the Matrix.
