This black aluminum fence looks nice. It’s sturdy and easy to paint over the years. Would you believe that an HOA won’t allow this? Their rules state you can have a small “decorative” fence that can be a maximum 4 feet high. Anything over 4 feet needs to be a privacy fence made out of wood or vinyl and must be vertical, not horizontal. No metal or aluminum fences allowed. 🤯 High wind area, the wood fences in the area look terrible. What do you think? Do you like this black aluminum fence? This is supposed to happen every year. Take off those panels and clean that AC off. You are also supposed to flush your water heater every year to maintain its’ efficiency and prolong its’ lifespan. If you have hard water you may want to do it every 6-9 months. A lot of people said there is so much to consider, that you are supposed to clean off your refrigerator coils every year too and that there is a filter on some dishwashers that need to be changed as well. Clean out your sewer vent pipe, clean your dryer ducting, clean your gutters. It’s never ending. 🤯 Some said these are the things they should have a manual for homeowners or maybe a class because a good majority of people do not know this information. Did you know all this?
