Based dude living the good life in some tropical paradise. He's right though, cook, store, and consume your food with only glass, stainless steel, or porcelain.

Clay pots are the best

I will stick with my cast iron skillet!

Make your deodorant. 1/4 cup of Shea butter 1/4 cup of coconut oil 1/4 cup of arrowroot powder 1/4 cup of baking soda 2 tablespoons of beeswax pellets In double boiler melt ingredients Pour into desired decanters Add essential oil of choice. This can last 6 months to a year.

He's not wrong. I switched to PFOA Free pan last year and threw all my Teflon pans out after seeing a documentary on it. To be fair it does not really become an issue until they start to flake...and they all do.

I'm a proponent of Salad Masters - steel with titanium. Non-porous so the heavy metals don't leach. Unfortunately, iron pots are now a blend of various metals unless you find an old one in an antique store.

We have been using cast iron for years. Cook with healthy fats. High protein low carb. Never felt better #WakeUpAmerica

This is so true! Get rid of the teflon and non-stick asap! 🙏❤️ Here a SOLUTION—-> WACHT THIS woman explain!.

So where do I get this cloraphorm to take so it will bind to my heavy metals? I feel a little heavy. . .

Teflon is a Plastic. You are cooking on plastic!
