TeamYouTube . My channel Just got hit with INAUTHENTIC CONTENT . YouTube's AI Wrongly flagged my channel as low effort and mass produced content. All of our scripts are Original. Every topic is distinct and well researched, covering distinct historical subjects with genuine educational depth. No two videos are the same and no template can produce what we make. These are 3 hour long documentaries. We use real archived historical footage that takes a long time to find and source and edit with the narration. We do not use AI images or video. This is not something you can template. This is not something you can mass produce. The render time alone makes that impossible. I did everything right. I made a detailed appeal video explaining the entire workflow of my channel. How we write the scripts, how we do the editing, how we record the voiceovers, everything in full detail. That video has zero views. It was auto rejected. No one at YouTube watched a single second of it. $5,500 from last month is on hold. $2,200 from this month is on hold. That is $7,700 sitting frozen because an automated system made a decision that no human being has actually verified. Real people are being affected by this. I am not asking for a free pass. I am just asking for one real human to look at this case once .

This is probably the most complex workflow I’ve ever built, only with open-source tools. It took my 4 days. It takes four inputs: author, title, and style; and generates a full visual animated story in one click in ComfyUI . I worked on it for four days. There are still some bugs, but here’s the first preview. Here’s a quick breakdown: - The four inputs are sent to LLMs with precise instructions to generate: first, prompts for images and image modifications; second, prompts for animations; third, prompts for generating music. - All voices are generated from the text and timed precisely, as they determine the length of each animation segment. - The first image and video are generated to serve as the title, but also as the guide for all other images created for the video. - Titles and subtitles are also added automatically in Comfy. - I also developed a lot of custom nodes for minor frame calculations, mostly to match audio and video. - The full system is a large loop that, for each line of text, generates an image and then a video from that image. The loop was the hardest part to build in this workflow, so it can process either a 20-second video or a 2-minute video with the same input. - There are multiple combinations of LLMs that try to understand the text in the best way to provide the best prompts for images and video. - The final video is assembled entirely within ComfyUI. - The music is generated based on the LLM output and matches the exact timing of the full animation. - Done! For reference, this workflow uses a lot of models and only works on an RTX 6000 Pro with plenty of RAM. My goal is not to replace humans, as I’ll try to explain later, this workflow is highly controlled and can be adapted or reworked at any point by real artists! My aim was to create a tool that can animate text in one go, allowing the AI some freedom while keeping a strict flow. I don’t know yet how I’ll share this workflow with people, I still need to polish it properly, but maybe through Patreon. Anyway, I hope you enjoy my research, and let’s always keep pushing further! :)

I'm playing around with generative AI tools and stitching them together into visual stories. Here I took the first few sentences of Pride and Prejudice and made it into a video. The gen stack used for this one: - Anthropic Claude took the first chapter, generated the scenes and the individual prompts to to the image generator. - Ideogram took the prompts and generate the images - Luma took the images and animated them - for narration - VEED | AI Video Creation to stitch it together (Many of these choices are just what I happened to use for this one while exploring a bunch of things). Anyway honestly it was pretty messy and there is a ton of copy pasting between all of the tools, and even this little video with 3 scenes took me about an hour. There is a huge storytelling opportunity here for whoever can make this convenient. Who is building the first 100% AI-native movie maker?

So you only write your blocks once, and then you only combine them with drag and drop into an email. You can also save a set of email blocks as a template. When you choose that template, it lets you fill the variables of the template like a form, and then send it. We only use it internally and now with all the gpt stuff going on it seems pointless to release it. or is it? 🤔

Sora animates with this wonderful wonky, sketchy dreamlike quality that perfectly captures the nostalgic atmosphere of a hazy 90's suburban summer afternoon. While Seedance is just as sophisticated and in some aspects superior, I will miss the quality of Sora. Sora feels like 35mm film, with the nuanced way it captures lighting, color, and perspective, while Seedance feels digital - a bit too clean. I am confident that I can replicate this sketchy quality in Seedance by tweaking my prompts, but Sora has a unique way of animating that really should be preserved. There are many more bugs and mistakes with Sora, but when it gets it right, it REALLY hits a level of artful magic that sets it above all other models. I am shocked that I still appear to be the only person who is creating AI-Generated 2D animation with original characters while developing a unique Western style. Practically no one is doing 2D AI-animation at all, and when they do, it is usually an attempt to mimic an Anime style. 2D really should be attempted more by AI Filmmakers!! Especially with a Western model like Sora, before it is terminated in the fall. Really, everyone should be taking advantage of the way this model so skillfully animates, with the heart and soul of a seasoned professional. I personally feel AI-generated animation is superior to 3D/realistic AI filmmaking. While AI-generated realism is an attempt to mimic real life through a lens, 2D animation IS what it is - not a replica of anything, just a cartoon. I love all my AI filmmaker bros and all of the cutting edge work going on, but I urge all of you to give 2D animation a chance. : ) I'm still not giving up hope that we can save Sora somehow. Now that I see that Seedance is able to animate 2D brilliantly and beautifully, I know that it's not some hidden secret, and we can replicate the weights and maths of Sora. If we can't preserve Sora, we can make a comparable model. It's not just in the interest of AI-Animators like me to preserve this model, but in the interest of the entire American AI community if they want Western AI to be superior. If not, Chinese video models will dominate. I tried this incredible #music experience created by Greg Madisᯅn. Let me share my impressions and ask a TOUGH question 🤔 Greg is well known for pushing the boundaries of interaction #design and this concept is no exception. (if you are a #designer, follow him everywhere right now). 👍 Everything feels very intuitive and made to be used and experienced spatially: 1. The way the cassette tray adapts to horizontal or vertical surfaces 2. Browsing through the cassettes feels very tactile with them popping up slightly to show their hover state instead of just being blinking thumbnails on a flat 2D panel 3. The hand occlusion "grounds" the whole experience in the physical world making it very believable. 👎 BUT... How do you browse hundreds of tracks or look for your favorites? How do you organize a playlist? How do you get a preview of the album or artist? ❓So here is the question: Would you sacrifice the ease of use of #2D interfaces for the embodied (and maybe nostalgic) experience of sliding those cassettes like in the "good old days"?

Building with AI gets easier every day. Here is an open-source library that makes integrating AI into an application extremely easy: Star the repository! This library alone can make React the best front-end framework out there! There are a bunch of cool things I like about CopilotKit. Here are 3 of them: 1. It allows you to take any -powered agent and bring it into your application. (This is a brand-new feature!) 2. You can build an AI-powered chatbot in your application. The chatbot will have access to your context and can act on the application. 3. You can build a RAG workflow to process and answer questions from a real-time knowledge base.
