There is no oath in flock cameras. There is no oath in enforcing transportation statutes against men/women travelling. There is no oath in most LEO - citizen interactions. Many times prosecution doesn't even state CAUSE even tho CAUSE creates jurisdiction for the court.

I lost the camera speeding ticket case. I fought it for over a year. I have not figured out how to fight counties.

@slickroQ You are not who got the ticket. It’s in your all caps name . You are the originator and the beneficiary . You must learn the difference . Look up codes and study !

@slickroQ Oh my gosh, stop. I am not a neophyte ~ after all the intel I am posting on this channel, please be aware I know that.

@slickroQ Got it. Just never know when or where to start in waking someone up .

@slickroQ Thanx. I am good.

This is @JarrinJackson for those curious.

YOU ARE HIRED. THIS MAN KNOWS THE LAW. Who are you and what is your number !? 🦅🇺🇲

this is the crossroads in the last days of the fall of rome. will judges uphold their oath or banker law (ucc, usc, etc) ? in law none is credited unless he is sworn

You’ll never win with facts and law, the courts are corporations, treat them as such. Take out insurance on the bond of the judge…

I get what you’re saying but ppl have one using equity

Gold. Stop complying with their pretend authority, simple

This applies to property taxes as well

I've been working on the Authority chain he lays out here. 1642 → Virginia colonial procedure → post-independence Virginia reception → founding-era pleading/process → 1789 Process Act/Judiciary Act → Turner → Capron → Osborn

Yes he does but...not one judge will ever agree with him on common law except under duress.

Going to research. I’ve heard Tulsa OK courts have common law courts

Interesting. Please post anything you find based on your research.

Shoot… I heard it on an audio cast. I’ll see if I can find it again.

This issue has gone on since 2022. No judge has ever said I’m wrong, and it now sits at higher courts. They stall bc they know I’m right & if they throw it out, then it’s a straight path to scotus - and scotus (the libs & conservatives) is ripping attorneys & lower courts apart. Keep sharing. The more people hear real law, the more power people recover from being deceived for so long. Lastly, for clarity, the common law protects your rights. This means there’s no such thing as a “not common law” court when your rights are on the line. Hold frame. Every constitutions requires government to give due process of law (or law of the land, due course of law). Don’t grant the bad presumption that tribunals constituted & moved by statute have authority over what people excepted from government (constitutional rights).

@PT1091943 I concur!!

Right on

Awesome!!

What he doesn’t get is that he is arguing before the people who failed him.

This is the full original video:

The prying eyes of flock cameras are too much for Americans to have to face, because the Constitution is written against such wanton overreach. Magnetic Norse interview 🇺🇸🇳🇴 Name origin 🎥 Flock Artificial Intelligence camera Surveillance State

statutory entities = "U.S. 'citizen'"

Wow 😮 this guy is awesome 😎

YOU DAMN RIGHT!

Gotta know all that court talk too?

It depends. Unclear if this is a question or statement.

? If there is no accuser, need I bother learning all the legal admiralty jargon?

It depends on your goal. What is your goal?

My goal is to stay out of Defacto Admiralty/Maritime courts…. They should not even exist passed 100 yards the dock of the first navicable waterway inlet bridge. Saving to suitors clause Judicial Act of (1789) ..being competent to settle all cases in common law with the exception of a few special circumstances…. ….thats from: “They Be Pirates Matey”

@JarrinJackson dipshit grifter. zero wins.

This guy is in TN? I need to meet him!

👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
