He is wrong though Co- Amoxiclav( Augmentin ) Should be dosed TDS. However, for some bugs , during sensitivity testing , the MIC needed may be higher, den Co-amoxiclav may need to be boosted with Amoxicillin to achieve adequate clearance. He needs to stop this .
