In some Nations, it's actually that law that when some asshole does this, you have to get onto the shoulder or off the road. Another reason why we cannot have foreign drivers in US commercial vehicles.

This is common practice on many two-lane roads in Mexico. I don't know who told these idiots this is an acceptable and legal practice. Aside from invading lanes, they're all high on antihistamines or any other drug to avoid falling asleep. If you see them coming, let them pass.

Looks like a typical "highway" in Mexico. Incidentally, I've seen several trucks that crashed after getting run off the road in that country. A lot of people drive like dumb fucks in that country. Turn signals don't mean what you think they mean in Mexico either.

This is common in Mexico. The roads are 1 and half lanes wide. I drove on a road like this from Guadalajara to Manzanillo. You have to watch in front and behind for people driving in the middle and you have to move over. You also have to watch out for cattle in the road.
