my 8 y/o me dream. omg. we used to make our own parachutes for g.i. joes once we knew that you could do it. all you needed was a wonder bread sack, scissors and string.

That PLF just earned him a 100% disability. But then, there is are but a rare few GI Joe’s actually deployed in the hands of a boy and his imagination that ever made it to retirement without loss of limb, burn, and IED trauma.

@JesseMock4 Creative. Ram-Air canopy, 1 channel to release from the plane, 1 for deployment, and 1 for each steering toggle to steer & flare.

I'm not big on RC, but this is pretty damn cool.

We used to fly kites when I was a kid. It was popular enough back then that there were shows and competitions. Anyway we used to have these little parachutes that you'd attach to a lifesaver and send it up the Kite line and it would release for kids to chase them.

This guy gets more action than I do!

Feet - Face PLF. Been there. Done that. Well done.
