I used to have a shop in Northgate Mall back in 2000 to 2005. The centre management was lead by Andre Klopper & maintenance was front of mind. When Cobus Weyers took over everything went to the dogs. Bad bad management since then. Cobus Weyers really killed all that was there.

Northgate is a very old mall. It’s gone through some aesthetic upgrades, but never any real structural ones that would actually make a difference. Honestly, the place has been neglected, and this feels like a sign that it’s time for them to wake up.
