This is 2020. About a year later in 2021 the puncher, one Jason Lata of Flower Mound, agreed to pay a $300 fine and was sentenced to 1 day time served. The guy who got punched, Daniel Schochler, still has a Civil Suit pending against Jason Lata.

Someone should press charges against the MAGA bully with rage issues. It is a crime to assault someone like that.
