I have complained severally on this building. In fact, the building location is very bad, along the road on a bend corner. Even my brother who is builder also complained about the building. Those LABSCA & LAGS Officials approved should be arrested.

Dey will continue building after paying the necessary fees and getting the necessary permit needed. The reason for stopping the job might be not getting the right building approver. Person fit build Ten floors as far e get the right approver and used standard materials

Looking at this building, there's nothing wrong with the building You can only determine by running test on the structural members Don't be deceived, govt issues stop work order on many reasons, it might be due to some unpaid levy 🤷‍♂️
