Man.... I remember the first time I heard Pearl Jam on a "classic rock" station. Went from "The Boys are Back in Town" to "Evenflow." That hurt.

Oldies is stuff from the 50s and 60s. Classic rock is from the 70s and 80s. The 90s stuff is just 90s rock. Idk what we call the 2000s stuff. Not even sure any of it is worthy of preserving.

When I see a movie that came out in like, 2005, it just doesnt feel old… But it’s actually 20 years old. Avril lavigne isnt oldies, but def old school.: it makes sense, her hit songs were out like around 2002ish…. Thats 23 years lol I’m only 38, i still feel young.
