Batman, as Bruce Wayne was once caught off guard by Darkseid and still defeated him. Zero prep time while Darkseid had all the time in the world. He’s beaten him at least 3 times. Firstly, if you know the characters well, you'd know Batman doesn't do "random encounters". He was trained as an assassin. Assassins don't do random encounters. Now he doesn't win in a physical battle with Spiderman without obviously messing with Spiderman's powers. Captain America might be the easiest among the 5 for Batman since Cap focuses more on superhuman strength & his shield. Batman uses gadgets which can put Cap at a disadvantage. Tony is a bit dicey as they are both geniuses. So Batman would need to take advantage of Tony's ego and utilize his assassin skills fully here. For Thor and Hulk, Batman dies in every universe. Thor is god of Thunder not god of Hammers. Without his hammer, he can still channel lightning. He only does it better with Mjolnir. In Hulk's case, his psychological phase is too erratic to predict 100% what makes him actually calm down & you are not even sure of the dose of whatever tou need to give him to ensure he remains calm.

Lets start from the top Batman is a billionaire, he is a genius, He is an Assassin who was trained by the league of Assassins, he is better than every one you’ve mentioned in close combat, weaponry, and tactics. He defeats Spiderman with prep time. The StarLoad defeated Spider-Man in a random encounter on Thano’s ship relying only on his gadgets. He defeats Captain America because he is a better fighter than him and his armor can take a lot of hits. Am not saying it’s easy but I think he edges it. He defeats Ironman because Captain American beat Ironman with his Armor in the civil war movie. Iron man is all tech and no combat abilities. And Batman is also tech too. Thor beats him in a flash because he has no defense against him, no kryptonite, none. So that’s no difficult for though, doesn’t matter the prep time. The best he can with hulk is running and hiding.
