If you don't change your tires every two years or 75k kms, this is more likely to happen. One cannot call himself a driver just because he can drive. He needs to understand the safety rules as well, so that he doesn't risk his life and other's on the road.

Rain season, slippery condition still people drive very fast and end up like this 😕

One should know the limits of a car he drives

NH66 was a mistake.

Tires at that speed need to good for wet surface. There is clear hydroplaning ik that video.

In Australia they have flashing speed signs in which speeds limits change during peak traffic, ezrreme weather conditions or incidents. This should be installed on these roads. Then install variable speed cameras to make sure people are maintaining the speed limits.

Earlier this used to happen in their narrow 2 lane roads. Now gigantic 8 lane roads. Who to blame? Poor curve designs of NHAI or rash Kerala driving?

When Mumbai-Pune express way was commissioned, many people lost their lives in the various accidents.Reason was Indian tyre mfrs never built them for speeds exceeding 70kmph.Same will be the case here too.Speed, wet surface and curvy roads - they need to redesign the tyres.

Ath nammle nattile aalkar ithe pole road kanathonda it’s not about speeding alla break cheyyumbo nokknm allande ingne panic avan padillah nmk ariyillah enkilm just saying

That shows design deficiencies. The road should have tilted more towards inner side of the curve considering the allowed speed. Surface material is not the right one to give adequate grip.

Because most of our cars sells safety as add-on ... I bet the car didn't have ABS or ESC / ESP (Electronic Stability Control)

ഗഡ്ഗരി റിസൈന് ചെയ്യണോ ഹഹഹ

A large chunk of Keralites are so used to drive in Narrow 1.5 lane roads that it becomes difficult for them to maneuver a slight difficult curve upon getting wide 3-6 lane roads... ! Especially the Malabar Region.

Over speed.

It is because Indian vehicles were built eub standard with compromise on weight to increase mileage. It was ok when India had small roads where speed of 70kmph was considered high.

probably used up tires

Drivers should know that during monsoon/fog days, to be careful and slow down at bends and also ensure tyres have correct pressure and treads are in good condition. Those who ignore will pay dearly.

Aquaplaning is the issue, ചാത്തൻ ടയർ വില കുറച്ച് കിട്ടുനിടത് നിന്ന് ഇട്ട് ഓവർസ്പീഡ് ഓടിയാൽ ഇത് പോലെ ഇരിക്കും

Over speed 🖕
