Our cookware heats up much faster and more evenly, we suggest you cook at lower temperatures. High heat should not necessary. Cooking on medium heat will achieve similar results to cooking at high heat with traditional non-stick pans.

@1Greentablesaw I usually end up cooking mine on medium-low because that's really all the heat it needs for most meals that I cook. Excellent cookware.

Are they made with toxic chemicals, etc.?

Our pans are coated with our proprietary TerraBond™ ceramic nonstick coating. Moreover, our patented laser-etched stainless steel hexagon design is raised above the non-stick surface allowing you to use metal utensils making it more resistant to scratching or chipping.

Pans still get scratched up, and if they do you get told its because you didn't store them right. You have to keep them in the bags

Love my set! They're definitely pricey but they are worth it. I use the 16" deep sauté pan at least twice a week. I wish I had gotten them years ago. I have my eye on that Japanese egg pan, waiting for that sale! 😏

Do you have a rivetless design? The rivet is always where food and bacteria get stuck.

I don't do a lot of cooking and only need one pan. I've found that the 10" frying pan with lid works perfectly for me. ... a good weight and very versatile.
