Yep! Cut em up, saute em with onions, garlic, parsley & bell peppers then add it to your red beans & rice or your chili, or sausage & peppers over penne pasta,,,,endless, easy, delicious, inexpensive possibilities with these (fully cooked) smoked sausages.

My parents still tell the story of the time we had family in town and this was dinner. 7 of us kids ate POUNDS of this stuff (cut up and sauteed) and left no food for the adults. Destroyed what should have been enough 15-20 people. Adults ended up with frozen pizza.

I get the jalapeño pepper or garlic ones and those go in my spaghetti and my chili.
