This couple is getting ready to have a baby, the woman plans on having her husband as well as her own mother present because the hospital only allows two people in the delivery room. The only problem is that the father’s mom insists that she be allowed to be present ok and feels her daughter in law is being selfish by choosing her own mother over the mother in law to be present. I feel that this is their moment and their baby. They should be respected for their decision and it’s not like they are denying the mother in law the chance to see the new baby when the baby is born. I feel the wife wanted her support team there and that’s perfectly fine. But what do you think of the dad’s mo, is it fair to her that she’s being denied entry to the delivery room?

This man was trying to take his pregnant wife that's having severe labor pains to the hospital. They have had a previous 26 week pre-mature baby. This police officer pulled him over for speeding. The man even asked the cop if he could give him an escort to the hospital and then write the ticket or even arrest him? He just wants to get to the hospital. This happened outside a Hospital Between relatives of dead and Hospital staff and the dead body Don't know the matter but looks really sad, shocking and inhuman. I know a relative during Covid the Hospital made a huge bill running to many lakhs The relative did not have means to pay the bill, they decided NOT to take the dead body and let the Hospital take care of the dead body. What would you do in such case?

WATCH | Hi Crime Watch. I’m writing to you out of concern. I recently had a relative admitted to Mahusekwa Hospital in Chihota, which was officially opened in 2019 after being built by the Chinese for around US$6 million. First of all, the hospital is slowly becoming a ghost hospital because it is always empty. This is mainly because there are hardly any essential medicines or supplies available and sometimes they don’t even have basic medication such as paracetamol. Secondly, the hospital building is already developing cracks. I have attached videos showing the cracks. Isn’t it too early for a building that was commissioned only in 2019 to be in this condition? Another concern is why the Ministry of Health is not transferring some patients and services from overcrowded hospitals such as Parirenyatwa and Harare Hospital to Mahusekwa. The hospital is only about 60 km from Harare and roughly 30 km from Chitungwiza, so it could help decongest the major hospitals. Why does a fully equipped hospital have doctors who only come on Tuesdays and Thursdays? What happens to patients who need medical attention on the other days? I hope you can post this so that we can understand what is really happening at Mahusekwa Hospital. Maybe there are issues within the Ministry that need to be addressed. Please hide my identity. BURKES RESPOND TO RECENT VIDEO BY PAUL LAWLESS OUTSIDE HOSPITAL We have received thousands of messages from people in Mayo and further afield after we spoke out on the cruel death of our neighbour in Mayo University Hospital (MUH). This gentleman was a single farmer in his 80s who lived alone. He was admitted to the Male Ward at MUH with a treatable infection. Instead of being looked after, he was pumped on Haloperidol and other anti-psychotics and sedatives that left him in a stupor morning, noon, and night. Staff routinely left food by his bed where he could not reach it. They would then wheel it away untouched. We raised concerns on multiple occasions. Staff said the patient’s treatment “had been agreed” and even called security when matters reached a crisis. The County Coroner Dr Eleanor Fitzgerald has refused to open a public inquiry into this man’s untimely death. Thousand of families share similar stories of vile neglect in hospitals and nursing homes. Local Aontú TD Paul Lawless however has remained silent on this issue. In a video posted to Facebook last week from MUH he commended the hospital staff, claimed that the ongoing issues in the hospital were due to inadequate staffing and resourcing, and said he was calling on the Minister of Health to “step in.” It is unbelievable that Paul Lawless could speak outside Mayo University Hospital and yet say nothing about the inhumane treatment of vulnerable elderly patients within this hospital. Not a word was said on the well known and widely documented culture of death within the hospital. Not a word was said about the use of psychotic drugs and sedatives to hasten the death of vulnerable patients. Not a word was said about the routine denial of food and drink to those who do not have the ability to care for themselves. The above has been confirmed over and over again, not only by those with personal experience and countless eyewitness accounts, but by the testimony of staff within the hospital itself. For years politicians of every stripe have made empty statements about staffing and resources at Mayo University Hospital, but have refused to speak the truth about the cruelty inflicted routinely on the most vulnerable. Paul Lawless’ words outside the hospital last week were simply more of the same. People are fearful of presenting at Mayo University Hospital because of what awaits them there, in particular if they are elderly or have few relatives to support them. There has been widespread outrage within Mayo and across the country in recent months at the accounts of those who have suffered appalling abuse within this hospital. The words of Paul Lawless and other politicians, pointing to staffing and resourcing, are designed to distract and deflect from the main issue. We urge people not to be deceived. Should you ever be in a situation such as the above in Mayo University Hospital, you need a representative who will be your voice. 🚨 American worked at a hospital as an ER Nurse during COVID in 2020 She says the hospital would swab everyone who walked through the door, and it wasn’t because of Covid. It’s because they were getting an extra 20% kickback from the government “Congress passed the CARES Act. Section 3710 of this CARES Act states that every Medicare patient that was diagnosed with COVID paid the hospital 20% more than the same admission would have if they didn't have that COVID diagnosis. — We were swabbing everyone in the hospital — Everyone that gets admitted to the hospital had to have a COVID swab — If a person came in with a broken hip, they were testing them for COVID to see if they would need to go on a COVID side of the hospital, but they were also getting 20% more” I looked into this and it’s 100% correct, it did not have to be why the patient walked through the door, it just had to be a positive test This 20% reimbursement pay increase applied to both principal and secondary diagnoses. Meaning a patient admitted for a broken hip who also tested positive for COVID would qualify for the higher payment on the entire stay
