there is going to be another crash

Hopefully

California’s housing market defies expectations. Real estate expert Matt McCormick discusses the current trends shaping home prices and what it all means for families trying to find or keep a home. Watch this must-see episode of California Insider.

The average pay in America only increased 37% while the housing prices increased like here in the example at 64%. It did not level out correctly the way it should.

It’s pretty much the same thing here

Wages are fucked. I saw a job listing the other day for a jet mechanic, and it only offered $20 an hour 🤣 these companies are getting so greedy it's ridiculous then they go an bitch about nobody wanting to work.

This is a fact. Wages haven’t met the rise in rent/mortages plus inflation. A one floor house with maybe 2.2 acres going for 400k-1m is INSANE. And unattainable

Something serious needs to happen

My parents bought their house for $72k 40 years ago. They have not expanded it, and today the estimate is almost $450k. What has happened to housing prices since the 2008 crash is ridiculous!

Everything downstream of the USD is unsustainable

Over half a mill for A suburban poorly built shack. Barely any yard and probably some HOA hagg that comes around and measures your grass with a ruler and won't let you have a garden All that for over half a mill. Shit is nuts
