I’m in downtown D.C. and need to show you something incredible… This park, one of the nicest spots in the city right next to the Capitol, was once completely overrun by a homeless encampment. Now it’s clean, safe, and people can actually walk through again. Completely unrecognizable. This is what it looks like when you take the city back for the people. Thank you, Trump administration.

This guy is clearly over everyone making cutting a bell pepper way more complicated than it needs to be. He’s out here like “I don’t get how one vegetable can mess you all up so much” while aggressively twisting the stem out and smashing the pepper flat like it personally offended him. The “I don’t wanna see rings” part took me out. Sir, some of us were just trying to make it look pretty. At the end of the day, he’s right though — sometimes the simplest way really is the best way. Just smash it and move on with your life. 😂 Do you have a cooking hack that other people overcomplicate?

This woman recreated the Burger King Original Chicken Sandwich at home and says it’s way better than the real thing. She mixed ground chicken with beef tallow and spices, coated it in panko, fried it up, and toasted the bun with butter-flavored oil. She even used that thick “heavy mayo” and fresh lettuce. It even looks better than the real thing. At the end she takes a bite and immediately says it so much better than Burger King. I’m definitely going to try making this at home, how about you?

I solved building decks with AI agents — by giving them a CLI tool like Powerpoint or Google Slides. AI could already make a beautiful deck if you asked it to using Ant's pptx skill. The problem was working with it. If it made one alignment mistake, fixing it on one slide would break something on another, and it became a game of whack-a-mole. One time I spent two days playing AI roulette, hoping the next prompt would finally fix the thing, and ended up building the whole deck by hand because I was on a deadline. So I built Hands-on Deck. And the reason it works is that this isn't just a skill — this is PowerPoint. The actual application: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, whatever you use. This is that, but for an agent, presented as a CLI. Every gesture you make in a deck app maps to a command. Click a box and type, drag a shape from here to there, look at a slide – agent can do it all in a command. And that changes how the agent behaves. With this CLI it works and thinks like a designer — it looks, makes an edit, looks again, makes another surgical edit. Compare that to Anthropic's pptx skill, built on the idea that Claude is a great programmer: it literally writes code to manipulate the deck, hand-editing XML and hoping it doesn't break anything else in the middle. The real test isn't creating something once — it's whether it can make surgical edits like you want. That's what I did in this video walkthrough and my claude crushed it! Check it out for yourself. So decks can be built like a designer now — with real flavor and taste. If you spend hours every week on decks, this gives those hours back. $So I tried another McDonald’s hack tonight. It seems like every meat they have on their sandwiches can be purchased à la carte. So I tested this by buying some of the McChicken patties. And it turns out I could, and it’s cheap, only $1.40 for one. This hack unlocks other possibilities like making them at home for a fraction of the price to adding them to other sandwiches that wouldn’t have them. Would you buy a McChicken patty for $1.40 and treat them like big chicken nuggets? I did and it was great.$

🐶 on the day i hung out with ricky, we went to the same bbq restaurant (we usually go to as a group), and since i’m always the one who orders the food, these people don’t know how much they’re actually eating! ricky was like “i want to eat this too, and that too, and this too-”so i was like “ricky-ya… that’s way more than you normally eat!” but he was like, “oh, it’s okay!” so i was like “no, it’s not okay! just eat this first, and you can order more after you finish it” this is something my dad used to say that i hated the most, but now i’m saying it too.. “finish this and then we’ll order more” when he’s not even going to let me order more 😒 so i ordered it, but in the end, he ate more than usual and there were only two pieces of meat left! he still ate the rest pretty well though. so i was like “ ricky, look! there’s some left, right? but you ate well today!” and ricky went, “☺️ ^^” with ricky’s own little signature smile!

These guys took their RC car on the actual highway… and got it up to 64 mph. You can hear them getting nervous as it starts shaking like crazy with cars flying past on both sides. It’s one of those “this seemed like a good idea at the time” moments 😂 They did manage to get it home safe, though this might not have been the best decision. Would you ever try something like this or is it a hard pass? I think I'd be too afraid I'd cause a car accident.
