Who you vote for matters. This man never should have been in this country, and he never should have been given a CDL. He illegally entered the US in 2023, was caught at the border, then released under Biden era policies. California issued him a commercial driver’s license anyway. He later falsified his logbook, failed to brake, and crushed a stopped car between two semis, killing an innocent man. ICE put out a detainer, but King County released him because of sanctuary policies. This death was preventable. Open border policies and reckless licensing decisions have real consequences, and this is one of them.
