Anyone new to ai/agentic coding, ignore any post you see with the words “second brain”. Save yourself the time & tokens. I PROMISE It won’t be worth it for any work you do. A single prompt can complete 95% of this work.

HOLY F*CK. Karpathy's LLM wiki now runs on Grok Bot: 3 bots in one group chat turn every link, PDF and voice note you drop into a knowledge base that updates itself no more explaining your work to AI from zero in every new chat the team: the ingest bot saves each source to raw/ and never edits it again the writer rewrites every wiki page that source touches. one source can hit 10 to 15 pages the linter runs every night and hunts contradictions, stale claims and orphan pages → you ask "what did we decide on pricing?": the answer goes back into the wiki as a page with its sources → a new source says $39 while the wiki says $49: the linter keeps both and tags you → a page goes 30 days without a new source: it gets marked unconfirmed most second brains break the same way. a new note quietly replaces an old one, and the AI keeps answering with full confidence one bot reads. one writes. one argues with both. every page in wiki/ starts with 3 fields: claim, source, last_confirmed. index.md lists every page, log.md records every change paste this into Grok Bot: "Build me a knowledge base with three bots in one group chat: ingest, writer and linter. Ingest saves every source I drop to raw/ and never edits it. Writer keeps wiki/ current, gives every claim a source and a date, updates index.md and log.md, and files good answers back as pages. Linter runs every night, flags contradictions, stale pages and orphan pages, and asks me instead of overwriting anything. Show me the folder structure first. Don't create anything until I confirm" start with one project and the last 10 sources you saved for it

WE'RE SO BACK, the Grok Bot team just gave away templates of the bots they use for their own jobs. One click and you get a fully configured agent built for a specific task, ready to plug into your tools. Here are 10 I like the most: 1. Import Bot brings your setup from Claude Cowork, Codex and ChatGPT into Grok Bot, then creates the expert bots that cover it. 2. Cooper sends you a tight Slack briefing of the top AI, tech and VC stories every morning at 8am, and only pings you about competitors when it matters. 3. Writing Bot drafts and revises your essays, emails and docs while keeping your meaning, facts and voice. 4. Video Editor picks the best takes from your raw footage, captions what you actually said and sends you an edit plan before cutting. 5. Build Anything turns a tool you describe in plain English into something that actually runs, built and tested on its own machine, never touching production. 6. Nightly Audit Engineer researches your whole codebase every night and ships one cleanup PR per area. 7. Critiquito turns a screenshot or Figma link into a design critique with ranked, concrete fixes, and never edits your files. 8. Projects Manager runs your team's projects from Notion, you make the calls and your specialist bots claim the tasks. 9. Sales Call Coach scores your sales calls and tells you exactly what to fix before the next one. 10. Competitor Monitor watches the companies you pick and only tells you something material changes, with before, after and the source. New to Grok Bot or already a pro, the article below will help you set it up in a couple of minutes and show you things 99% of users have no idea about. The link to the website with all the templates is also below.

my landlord raised my rent by $400 so i fed my entire lease to Grok Bot it decided one pdf wasn't enough, built a second brain out of 3 years of our emails and found $6,200 he overcharged me his lawyer confirmed it yesterday i wasn't even mad about the increase. i just wanted to see what Grok Bot would pull from 47 pages of legal text i never actually read connected my Gmail and pasted the second brain prompt from my article below then dropped in the full lease and typed "find anything in here he's not allowed to do" it went quiet for 9 hours on its own cloud computer while my laptop was shut at 7:30 am one page was waiting → filed 3 years of our emails, rent receipts and photos of the leak into one folder, every line linked to the original → found a clause on page 31: no rent increase while a repair request is still open → matched it to 11 repair requests he answered with "next week" and never fixed → flagged every increase he charged with at least one repair open → added up the overcharge across 18 billing cycles → drafted the demand letter in my own voice and waited for my yes that sunday at 6 pm its weekly report flagged one more thing. he'd cc'd the whole building on a 2024 rent email. 14 other units, same lease i printed the page and slid it under 14 doors by friday all 14 had forwarded me their emails, and it filed every one overnight sent the demand letter to his property management company on a tuesday, signed by all 15 units by the following thursday his lawyer called and said "the numbers check out" then he asked who my attorney was. i sent him a screenshot of Grok Bot total cost: a $20 plan, one prompt and a 47-page pdf i lived in that apartment for three years and never once read past page 4 my rent increase was $400. the building's refund is $91,400 i'm keeping the apartment the prompt is in the article below. read it before your landlord does

f*cking insane. you can now hire an AI chief of staff that keeps working after you close your laptop give it one rule: "find me $50,000 a month in new business". go to sleep. check your phone in the morning. a human chief of staff costs six figures a year. a Grok Bot runs on its own cloud computer with a browser, files and a terminal, and closing your laptop or your phone doesn't stop it you set the goal, it does the steps, you make the calls the rule: "find me $50,000 a month in new business. public data only. contact nobody without my yes" the night you're asking for: -> 9pm split the goal into 4 jobs and give each one a time -> 11pm pull every dental clinic in your city from public listings and cut the chains -> 1am read every site that's left and keep the best 25, each with one specific thing it noticed and where -> 2am write an opener for every one of them, send zero -> 3am build the offer on one page, no made-up results, price left blank for you -> 8am you type the price. 25 clinics × $2,000 = $50,000 a month on the table if they all say yes the blank price is the best part. an AI that guesses your price loses you the deal and it's not one bot. Grok Bots can message each other, share a group chat and hand off tasks, so one can run research while another writes and your chief of staff keeps them in line save the night as a routine and it runs again every Monday on its own it prepares the drafts. you approve them. nothing goes out without your yes someone's chief of staff is already pitching the clinics in your city the whole setup is below and free, steal it

My friend called me and asked the best way to set up personal agents for his daily life. So I made this video for him. It takes you from zero to agents running, using the easiest and best 24/7 agent harness right now. All for $20 a month. I already have tons of them running my personal life. One buys my groceries. One reads my email. One sends me something to learn every morning at 8 AM. Here's the walkthrough, from easy mode to god mode. Easy Mode: what GrokBot actually is Definition: a chat with a computer behind it. Grok Bot (from Cursor and xAI) spins up one virtual machine in the cloud. Every bot you build shares it, and it stays on when your laptop is closed. Two things to know: 1) It starts at a $20 a month Cursor Pro plan. It used to need the $300 tier. 2) Give every bot one job and a name. Mine is Barry. He's my personal assistant and he checks on the other bots every hour. Hard Mode: giving your bots a credit card, an inbox, and a phone. Definition: the stuff a bot needs to actually do things in the real world, not just talk about them. Rules of thumb: 1) Payments. Don't put your credit card on the VM. It's beta. Use the Stripe Link CLI instead, so the card never sits on the machine. Then add a hard rule that the bot needs your yes before any purchase. 2) Email. Give your bot its own address. I use Agent Mail (free). Sign up for new services with it, send your junk there, and let the bot triage every six hours and only ping you when something needs a reply. 3) Phone. Give your bot a number and it can make reservations, call vendors, and take calls for you. I haven't set mine up yet, but people are already doing it. God Mode: the fleet Definition: a channel where your bots talk to each other and you only talk to the lead. Rules of thumb: 1) Keep your bots small and specific to each task. Have an orchestra bot to help coordinate the rest. 2) Long threads plus frequent routines burn credits fast. Have each bot write a daily summary to one channel, then have your lead bot read that one channel instead of every conversation. Full walkthrough:

Elon Musk, absolute leader of the AI race with Grok Bot, and it's not a joke anymore. Ultimate guide on god-mode setup of Grok Bot, the org chart that runs while you sleep, step by step: A Chief of Staff sits in the middle with no tools of its own, BUT it reads the outcome you gave it, picks who does what, and never does the work itself. That one rule is why it never turns into the bottleneck you hired it to remove. → Researcher pulls real sources and tracks what's actually moving, not what sounds true → Writer turns that into finished copy while the research is still in the room → Visualiser gets three reference visuals once, then ships everything in that style forever → Analyst reads what performed and tells the rest of the team what to stop doing → Scheduler owns timing and holds the queue → Publisher actually ships What makes it different from every AI tool you've used: each bot gets its own computer in the cloud, its own browser, its own files, and they all share one memory. So the research is already sitting inside the draft before the draft starts. Nothing gets copy-pasted between tabs, nothing waits on you to approve step four of nine. And you never write a workflow for it. You hit record, do the job once the way you actually do it, stop. It pulls out the steps, saves them as a skill, and puts it on a schedule. The shape you're aiming for on every bot: everything reversible finished, nothing sent. 36 drafts queued, 0 published. It does all the work and stops dead at the one line only you can cross. You stop prompting. You start assigning. Full charter blocks, the approval line and the routines are in the article below ↓

THIS GUY CONNECTED HIS AI AGENTS TO HIS OBSIDIAN AND BUILT A BRAIN THAT LEARNS ON ITS OWN. HERE'S HOW TO BUILD IT Obsidian is just markdown files sitting in a folder. That turns out to be the perfect memory for an AI agent, because an agent can read and write those files directly. He wired his agents into the vault so they pull context from it, do the work, and write what they learned back. The notes aren't the point. The loop is, and it gets sharper every cycle How to build it: 1. Point an agent at your vault. The fastest way, no plugins, no API keys: open a terminal and run npx obsidian-mcp /path/to/your/vault. That exposes your Obsidian folder to Claude as a tool it can read, search, and write to. Add it to your Claude Code or Cowork config and restart 2. Confirm it can see the brain. Ask it: "list the notes in my vault and summarize what's in them." If it reads them back, the connection is live. Now it starts every task with everything the vault already holds instead of from zero 3. Give each agent one job and a write-back rule. Tell it: "research this, then save what you found as a new note in /brain with links to related notes." One agent researches, one summarizes, one plans. Each writes its output back into the vault 4. Close the loop. Add one line to every agent's instructions: "read /brain before starting, write your result back when done." Now each task leaves the vault richer, and the next run reads that before it works. It compounds instead of resetting 5. You only steer. Review what the brain produces, point it at the next thing. The agents handle the reading, writing, and connecting The edge isn't better notes. It's a brain that feeds itself, so the work gets sharper every cycle instead of starting over Bookmark this

I'M SHOCKED – ALMOST NOBODY IS USING GROK BOT THE RIGHT WAY. A LEAD ENGINEER AT SPACEX AI JUST DROPPED A 1-HOUR COURSE ON HOW IT'S ACTUALLY DONE. HERE'S ALL OF IT IN 60 SECONDS. The mistake almost everyone makes: they hand Grok Bot random one-off tasks. That's it. That's the whole reason it still feels like a chatbot to you. Here's the system he teaches instead – five parts: → ROLE – stop assigning tasks, create permanent roles. Chief of Staff, Inbox Manager, Researcher, Developer, Reviewer. A bot with a job title beats a bot with a to-do list → TOOLS – connect each bot to what it actually needs: Gmail, Slack, Calendar, Notion, GitHub. It does the work on its own persistent cloud computer → SKILL – teach it your workflow. Write the instructions, or just record yourself doing the job once – Grok Bot turns that demonstration into a reusable skill → ROUTINE – anything you repeat becomes a routine. It runs on a schedule or fires off an event, with your laptop closed → TEAM – group the bots together. The lead bot delegates, the specialists work in parallel, and you set approval rules before anything sends an email, moves a calendar or pushes code The one honest catch: a new bot still needs context and some hand-holding on its first few runs. But that's the entire system. Role → Tools → Skill → Routine → Team. Everyone else is still typing one-off prompts into Grok Bot and wondering why nothing compounds. BREAKING: SpaceXAI has added a new guide called “Grok Bot 101” It explains how to create a personal AI teammate in just 10 to 15 minutes, teach it real workflows, connect apps, and build teams of specialized bots that continue working in the cloud even after you close your laptop. Here is the full guide in simple terms: • What is Grok Bot Grok Bot is an AI agent with its own persistent computer in the cloud. It has a desktop, files, terminal, browser, and apps. It can browse the web, use software, write and run code, and complete tasks just like someone using a computer. You can access the same computer from your phone or desktop. When needed, Grok Bot can hand control back to you for a CAPTCHA, 2FA, or secure login. • Creating a bot Give the bot a name, title, and detailed instructions. You can explain the workflow through chat or record yourself completing the task. Once trained, the bot can repeat that workflow whenever needed. It can also use MCP servers, plugins, skills, and connected services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Slack. • Three ways to use Grok Bot Send it a message in chat. Create schedules or triggers, such as monitoring a Slack thread or GitHub PR. Allow bots to message and activate other bots. • Permissions and safety You can write rules in normal language explaining what the bot can and cannot do. A separate review agent checks proposed actions and can allow them, block them, or ask you for approval. Allow and block lists provide additional control, while the work runs inside an isolated environment. One important detail: if you log into a website with one bot, other bots using that shared cloud computer can also access it. • Multi-bot teams You can create specialist bots for different jobs and let them work together. One bot can ask another for help, several bots can work inside a group chat, and a scheduled routine can move a task through multiple specialists until the work is finished. • Personal CRM The author created a bot that turned the 800 to 900 people he follows on X into a private Notion CRM containing public profile information. It helps him find and reconnect with people when traveling. • Arnold, the fitness bot He replaced a complicated fitness app with a Grok Bot strength-training coach named Arnold. The bot uses MCP servers, plugins, and skills while requiring less maintenance. Its behavior can be updated simply by chatting with it. • Building software Grok Bot gathers information from Slack, Notion, GitHub, documentation, and other sources. It then creates a clean prompt and sends it to a specialized Cursor cloud agent that builds the software. Grok Bot handles the planning and coordination, while the coding agent handles the actual build. • Searching company knowledge Grok Bot can search across codebases, Slack conversations, Notion pages, GitHub, and internal documents to answer product or company questions. This helps people find information faster and reduces the need to interrupt coworkers. • The biggest takeaway Instead of repeatedly building scripts or complicated apps, you can describe a workflow to Grok Bot, improve it through chat, reuse it, and let it continue working in the cloud. Grok Bot is not just another chatbot. It is a real AI teammate with a computer that can use tools, coordinate specialists, and get actual work done. The future of work is becoming incredibly exciting.
