Fox Footy MRO explanation: 'The ball is handballed in the direction of Waterman with Pickett approaching from side on with his eyes firmly fixed on the ball. As soon as Pickett realised Waterman was going to take possession of the ball he decelerates, lowers his body and drops his right arm in an attempt to minimise impact before making inevitable contact to Waterman. It was the view of the MRO that Pickett did not elect to bump and that his actions were not unreasonable in the circumstances. No further action was taken.'

This is the controversial goal that gave Highlanders victory over Scottland Football Club at Barbourfielss Stadium in Bulawayo at the weekend. This was clearly offside. If it was Scottland which had scored this goal, there will be noise in town with people making all sorts of allegations. Without taking anything away from Highlanders, such decisions are not meant to benefit Highlanders but a club chasing Scottland Football Club for the title. What’s your views, was this a goal or not. My opinion is that Scottland Football Club was robbed.

UPDATE The man in the video has now come forward and provided the following video to explain what he brought into Mitch Sylvester's store. Information that I have received includes - He avoided calls from the RCMP for several weeks - He left the store with the item - He is claiming it was just a misunderstanding - The RCMP still has an open investigation - Charges could still be filed - There was one item, not two as previously reported If this was infact the item he brought into the store along with his "This is for Mitch" message, this is hands down the dumbest thing anyone can do to the employees of the store, and to Mitch directly. There still is an active investigation as showing staff a bullet, or a pen that looks like a bullet, uttering a threat, and not responding to the RCMP for weeks, is still grounds for criminal charges. Thank you to the dozens of people who did recognize the man, and provided tips.

The VAR also checked the decision of no offside offence against Nmecha – with it deemed that he did not impact Martinez after Stach played the ball.
