If this is a prop funded live acc , it could be legit as some firms still use “simulated demo acc” as live funded. But if it’s his broker and not a prop then this fosho a demo acc

Propfirm acc are not labeled demo, they have a different label, with fundednext future its FN followed by account id example FN94875939

I use atlas funded on trade locker and it shows as demo even tho it’s a live account. Some props are like this.
