Damn, that is the dumbest things I've seen today. Much cheaper to just cool the drink. Who cares if it uses electricity, won't be long till you can just pop a few solar panels up for a drink machine. Put it anywhere.

If you can achieve that level of cooling with just wind, you can easily harvest water from air. That level of cooling would initiate condensation of 35C (95F) air with only 18% relative humidity (RH). That's the RH of the Sahara at mid-day.
