Charles Spencer did not. They were going back and forth. Then supposedly the man no one believes is cruel supposedly said this; Rest assured, we'll forget her soon enough!" Don’t you think it’s more likely Prince Charles said; Rest assured, they’ll forget soon enough!" Meaning the walk? Tensions were heightened. Both men probably very emotional. In regard to this claim I believe they could both be telling the truth. After 30 years studying the BRF/Monarchy my opinion remains King Charles is not a cruel man.
