This is a 2022 video, but still relevant. Currently, Capitec charges R10 per R1000 withdrawn at their atms. IT CHARGES THE SAME, EVEN IF YOU USE OTHER BANKS' ATMS. Please share for awareness!!! PS. Retail store withdrawals are now R2 per withdrawal.

@CapitecBankSA It's very difficult to withdraw money at retail stores honestly. Cashiers will constantly tell you they don't have enough money in their tills to assist. You'd rather go to the ATM and queue

@CapitecBankSA They don’t care seems to be enjoying gossiping & basking in long queues. Not banking with Capitec but heard of this arrangement with other banks, still can’t get why they preferred their own ATM’s.
