This is a 55 second video from Sgt. No-Fucking-Goode's bodycam when he was pulling out of the cemetery after getting my plates to ID me. Notice how shakey the footage is. I wasn't lying when I said he looked like he was on drugs. He took his bodycam off... his chest to try and get my car as he drove by. They claim their is not other footage from when he went into the cemetery. I have the dashcam footage and his bodycam when I confronted him in Canton Police department. I won my appeal on the reductions applied to the Colin and Chris bodycam footage and they have 8 business days to respond. They also claimed exemptions on the footage from the station and I have to contact CJIS to get the information from Goode running my plates. I have been busy the last couple weeks and will post updates tomorrow with all this information. I hope to be in the Dedham, Canton and Stoughton area in the upcoming weeks.show more

This has a much clearer picture of the interactions with Lt. Lank and Sgt. NO-Fucking-Goode (NFG). Also the footage of NFG slowly diving by my car after while I was just leaving the station. After "maybe getting a call" about my location, because I didn't turn my camera off quick enough. I have been trying to upload the longer version for a couple hours now so here are the highlights until the longer one uploads. Dear Tesla community, I need your help with this hit and run, seems like San Jose Police Dept San José Police Media Relations SantaClaraCoSheriff won’t do anything unless the videos go viral! 6 weeks after this accident I called San Jose highway patrol And they told me they still categorize the driver as “unknown” as their report is showing I have provided them video evidence of the accident, evidence that I pulled to the side and stopped for the driver to exchange information, that I followed him for 10 minutes until he started driving like a total maniac, and provided them with his car’s info and license plate, which they confirmed with the DMV, yet they think it’s my job to describe the driver who has his windows fully tinted and I couldn’t see his face. You can see in this video how my car fully stopped at a traffic light, he drove, hit my car, backed up a little, I pulled to the side, stopped, and was about to get off my car (you can see me opening my door, we I saw him trying to pass my car, so I got back and went behind him, followed him for a solid 10 minutes (I have the videos too) until he started driving over 50mph in residential areas which is a thing I wouldn’t do. So I called the police to deal with him. The police told me if I can’t describe the driver nor identify him there’s no case! They are persistent that the driver is “unknown” despite confirming his car and license info with the DMV! You can see from the side video when he passed me that his windows were fully tinted! It’s the owner’s responsibility, and their insurance should pay to fix my car. They said he lived in another area and they contacted them to provide his info, but 6 weeks is enough for a criminal to a ton of things and hit so many cars while we are just waiting for them. This is the second hit and run on my new Tesla within 5 months of purchase where the police let go of both criminals.

Had the most strange night in a LONG time. At midnight, my ring cameras go off at the shop with deputies all over the property... I have no idea what is happening, and it gets insane from there. Moral of the story? You cannot be kind to people any more. A former employee reached out a week ago and asked if his girlfriend (who is like a daughter to me) and his 2 year old daughter could stay with us for a few days. I told him we didn't have room at the house currently, BUT she was welcome to stay in my RV at my shop until we could find her a place. I would make sure she was safe, and taken care of. This young man has been like family since he was 13. I taught him to weld. I have given him vehicles, employed him multiple times, etc. Tried my best to talk him out of the stupid stuff he does. Just petty crimes, fighting, evading police, etc. I have tried for years to get him to just straighten up and be the man I know he could be. Day before yesterday, he tells me he has a warrant out for his arrest and I tell him he cannot stay there with her. I can't have him staying there and getting me involved with whatever shit he had going on. She is welcome to stay, but he can't be there. He lost his mind and called me all sorts of things as he stomped out. Well, last night he decided he was staying there regardless, and when she wouldn't unlock the door, he decided to put his fist through the glass. Drugs destroy people, man. This young man had so much potential and I have tried and tried to get him clean and get him to a good life... Now, we all suffer, and I have to get his girlfriend and little girl away from him before he kills them. Just insane.

Had the most strange night in a LONG time. At midnight, my ring cameras go off at the shop with deputies all over the property... I have no idea what is happening, and it gets insane from there. Moral of the story? You cannot be kind to people any more. A former employee reached out a week ago and asked if his girlfriend (who is like a daughter to me) and his 2 year old daughter could stay with us for a few days. I told him we didn't have room at the house currently, BUT she was welcome to stay in my RV at my shop until we could find her a place. I would make sure she was safe, and taken care of. This young man has been like family since he was 13. I taught him to weld. I have given him vehicles, employed him multiple times, etc. Tried my best to talk him out of the stupid stuff he does. Just petty crimes, fighting, evading police, etc. I have tried for years to get him to just straighten up and be the man I know he could be. Day before yesterday, he tells me he has a warrant out for his arrest and I tell him he cannot stay there with her. I can't have him staying there and getting me involved with whatever shit he had going on. She is welcome to stay, but he can't be there. He lost his mind and called me all sorts of things as he stomped out. Well, last night he decided he was staying there regardless, and when she wouldn't unlock the door, he decided to put his fist through the glass. Drugs destroy people, man. This young man had so much potential and I have tried and tried to get him clean and get him to a good life... Now, we all suffer, and I have to get his girlfriend and little girl away from him before he kills them. Just insane.

So, life update that worries me... Didn't sleep well last night. Was too worried if this drunk and drugged-up native was going to come back. My daughter took the garbage out and forgot to lock the door when she came inside. This guy showed up about 10 minutes later, and walked into my house. We were both just in our sleep shirts, relaxing, she in the living room and I was in ny bedroom working on an article Im posting shortly. I came scrambling out of my bedroom and found this guy plastered drunk standing in my kitchen. I immediately forced him out the door into the porch and closed the door behind me, putting myself between him and the door. He was so drunk he couldn't speak words, just mumbled. I calmly told him to get lost. He just smiled and stared at me with all his tear drop tattoos next to his eyes scrunching up. I told him again to leave. He stood there looking stupid. Finally I told him if he didnt leave I would call the cops, then I turned around, went inside, locked the door and retrieved my firearm. I had enough time to load ammo into a clip, get the trigger lock off my firearm and get back to the front of the house to find him sitting in the car still. I was waiting to see if he was leaving, or coming back. Because he gave off a vibe that he was willing to get violent for whatever he was pursuing. Just after Dave died, a white vehicle showed up and parked next door on the road at the abandoned property. A man came to my door and kept trying to get me to go to his vehicle to "look at something". Of course I didnt go with him, but it was enough to get me to hire an electrician to install the security cameras, especially after my kid's bow was stolen. I have 3 more cameras to go up still. But since Dave passed away I have to hire people to do these things and, well, its not cheap or easy and definitely hard to find someone with the time in their schedule to fit me in. I showed this video clip to a person I know here in town, who informed me this guy and his friend were revived multiple times over the weekend from fentanyl overdoses. All I know is the guy was so plastered if I lit a match while he talked he would have become a human mmolatov.i have no idea who drove him. As soon as the snow is gone, I will be fortifying my property like its a military compound so the next time one of these fuckers shows up word will spread real quick not to mess with "The Widow" as I've learned I am called in this town. Yes, I filed a police report and yes, I have passed on the footage to RCMP.
