This was such a bad call

You rip umpires and officials when they get the call wrong. Here they got it right. The way you’re talking you want to give everybody participation trophies. How about the heads up play by the catcher appealing the plate.

Here is the problem. That umpire told the catcher. The catcher was looking out at the mound. The player misses home plate and the umpire turns to the catcher who then runs to the mound. Rules are rules. If he missed it then hopefully the catcher or coach sees it and appeal

You don’t touch the plate, the Homerun doesn’t count. It’s pretty simple and clearly stated in the rules.

Must be a slow week when Dog is talking about high school baseball while the NBA Conference Finals are going on.

In Dog's rant, he exaggerated and said it was 5 minutes before the appeal. It was more like 1 minute for the mound conference. How about the losing Coach teaching his players to touch all of the bases? If the HP Ump tipped off the Catcher (?), then that would be wrong.

Camden-Squan🏀and now this… NJSIAA needs to have a “ common sense” ref/ umpire training. What umpire on this 🌍 is 👀 to make this call. Great coaches @ times need to have selective 👀 & 👂🏻. These guys should try it! @MadDogUnleashed
