You guys are doing an amazing job, for real! Just wanted to share a thought on the tertiary drains. Paving might seem like a quick fix, but it actually blocks water from infiltrating into the ground to recharge groundwater.

This is why in Europe everywhere is paved. Is simple stuff but we have no plan or building code so we just build in vacuum expecting other things to fall in place

The engineers don’t do diligent work for us. Even local road contractors who are given contracts to construct road for their motherland do worse than the foreign contractors. They go to China, US & Europe to see quality roads constructed but never replicate same quality back here
