I love the fact that he is helping children, however, it's the parents responsibility to take care of their children. This just gives the government more power to raise people's children by showing that the parents are not doing their jobs.

Yeah, this seems like a good thing, maybe a great thing....but WTF are the parents doing? It's time to hold those parents, or THE parent accountable. There is NO REASON a child should have dirty clothes. Especially at that age.
