Yes followed by a recovery in the endzone

Yes it was…and then he regained control

And he regained control, if you don’t the rules then don’t tweet

This wasn't a catch either. I'm noticing a pattern...

Yeah that’s 100% a fumble and NO he did not fully regain possession before he dropped it out the back of the endzone. That should not have been a TD.. but ultimately it didn’t matter.

Oh ya, ok sure, let's blame the refs 😂😂

He recovered and took multiple steps. IT was close but recovered.

How crooked is the NCAA with Nike $ blinding referees

Non ball knower

Yes, which he recovers for a td.

No, it wasn’t because he got control for a step and that’s all it takes

This doesn’t go by the catch rule. He doesn’t need to get two feet in, make a football move, none of that. He just has to control it and it’s done. Over. He did

Not a fan of Oregon, but it was a TD. He did fumble prior to crossing the goal line, then recovered his own fumble in the end zone ... at least long enough for possession before fumbling it again. Dude needs some new gloves.

And a recovery. Are you guys all this retarded? He literally just needs possession. It’s not the same as follow through on a catch

Hey so right here he has control of the football in the end zone therefore touchdown

Everyone saying he regained possession and that’s why it’s a TD is right, but the stat line should show it as a fumble and a recovery, but it doesn’t.

It was but hometown officiating assured @oregonfootball of an undeserved TD.

Dude fumbles before the goal line, picks it up for maybe a half second drops again out of the end zone. Touchback

No way people are complaining about this

Yeah, and he recovered it in the endzone - thus it is a touchdown and he’ll get chewed out for celebrating too early when it’s time to review film.

Have I never paid attention to this, but is it normal for the game balls to have one of the team's logos on it?

"Rut row shaggy"

This is in fact, a fumble.

i would have ruled this not a recovery, but i dont see much point in complaining. that play will not make a difference in the outcome of this game

we got ducked

With a clear recovery in the end zone for a touchdown. Because it is the end zone he only has to regain control, he then of course fumbles it a second time, but that one doesn't matter because he already scored the touchdown. Like dropping the ball after crossing line. #GoDucks

The ref are clearly one sided sorry fellas

Wow

Took a step+ in the end zone with the ball. It’s not catch rules, just needs hands on it

He got it back but there have been bad breaks against Minnesota tonight for sure. After the Iowa game we feel your pain

He got two steps with control of the ball. Touchdown.

No it’s not. It is at first but when he catches it, he held onto it for long enough for it not to be a fumble

That was not a catch the ball hit the ground on the other TD

I would agree but as the rules analyst stated, it’s not the same as a catch possession, meaning you do not have to get two feet down, it’s all up control/possession of the ball
