The greenhouses were built by Israelis. When they left a thriving agricultural sector to Palestinians in 2005, they destroyed them and used the irrigation pipes to make rockets. This is well documented.

I was just watching IDF going house to house as they clear an area before they push on. For example, they found a storage cache of RPG’s in bedroom of residential dwelling.
