Joel Salatin gets 400 cow days per acre and hasn't planted a seed or used an herbicide in 60 years. He does it by mimicking the way ruminants are supposed to behave: Mobbing, moving and mowing. This keeps the grass in a rapid growth cycle. This is what the grass wants. This is what the cows want. This is what nature wants. This is what God intended.
