@Connor_J_Hughes The key will be can he tailor the offense to fit the personnel. Thats what makes a great OC. Putting the receivers and backs in mismatch situations so they can win 1 on 1. Hackett seemed to be horrid at this concept. Downing was better but it was also hard to tell bc of Rodgers.
