I really need to know how Mali devices can run those dx12, if they run them smooth or at least at 30fps

Mali support is improving quickly, but don't expect miracles. DX12 translation layers are still maturing, and performance depends heavily on the GPU and the game. Newer Mali GPUs like the G720 or G925 can run some DX12 titles surprisingly well, while older ones may struggle to stay above 30 FPS
