It is a massive public safety issue. When a specific breed consistently causes this level of life-threatening damage, you have to question the people breeding them just to look tough. The liability is completely out of control.

didn't seem to be his first time against pit bull, the guy has a well built body too. Imagine if the person in that case is a small girl or a child. I like dogs EXCEPT pit bull.

Notice the useless BEAST's tail. The whole time is trying to kill the man it is wagging its tail like it's happy because it is. This is the purpose of this dog. He is doing what he has been bred for hundreds of years to do and that is to attack and destroy living things. That tail wagging is from the joy of fulfilling your life purpose. This guy is incredibly more patient than I would ever be and obviously is not armed.
