Kudos for putting that together and trying to address the oncoming storm we all see looming. Unfortunately the “we should” hypothesis never works, especially with so many factions, countries and individuals all racing to gain advantage with these AI tools. To gain financial advantage or to solidify absolute control over others. Our Achilles heel is that humans love to innovate without asking “should I be doing this?” This will not stop or be regulated. It can not be regulated, that ship has sailed. We are all in for the ride of our lives and are fortunate or unfortunate enough to live in this period where humanity has reached the AI tipping point. Soon reality will be indistinguishable from illusion. We simply won’t know what reality is anymore. At that point all bets are off. Sorry if this sounds negative but I wholeheartedly believe this future trajectory is inevitable.

Well the rhetoric was exactly the same during the Cold War We must have a first strike before they do We must achieved dominance before they do People were creating increasingly destructive nuclear weapons and amassing them in ridiculous numbers. And then the mad doctrine came in. I don't see why we can't link the two together. Will it happen probably not but only because nobody wants to spread the message. We need to stop Doom saying and spread the possible hope for the future. It's pretty much over if this doesn't happen it's not going to be something we really get to experience for very long.

"International Cooperation" with China, Iraq, etc.? Human nature will always override. Too late to put Pandora back in the box regarding A.I. It will be every man (or nation) for himself. Utopia is impossible.

It's not too late that's a psyop. If people took it seriously we would stop it . But people are too busy saying it's inevitable. The enemy always tells you "all is lost give up the fight "
