I was thinking about this very thing a couple of days ago - of course, we are not in wartime, but if the Supreme Court agrees with Trump that we are, then wartime rules will apply and he (and Noem and Homan) can be investigated for war crimes if they continue to violate the law.

Unfortunately, I found this...The US is not a signatory to the Rome Statute, which established ICC. As a result, the ICC generally does not have jurisdiction over crimes committed on U.S. territory...

I would love nothing more than to see Trump brought to justice for his many crimes. However, this video is just nonsense and rises to the same level as the MAGA ones that claimed the military had a secret plan to reinstall Trump as POTUS in 2021. Let’s be better & stand on facts.
