#WATCH | Delhi: After the all-party meeting, Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi says, "The winter session is only 19 days long, of which discussions can take place only for 15 days. This will likely be the shortest winter session ever. Therefore, it seems the government itself wants to derail Parliament. We raised the security issue, which should be discussed. The real question is, is it going to be developed here in the US or in communist China? My view is that all of us should want it developed in the US. The US should lead on this.
