This is a platform I've been working on for months here and there in an attempt to build something more useful for my YouTube education. Even something simple like an ankle sprain animation is extremely tough. To the untrained eye it looks really impressive but in reality it's still...

We're still in the honeymoon phase of the technology. whether in education, or advertising, etc there's still many folks that get impressed that the computer can even do this stuff. What's I've found myself doing, like you, is calling out those who "settle" if you video movie has mistakes, fixem, don't post it like you think you've created the cure for cancer. AI is now that the point where we can have error free footage, accurate depictions of things, and when AI produces realism, let that be the standard and don't simply accept 80-90% earlier this morning, I gave kudos to one of the friends that is really good at AI, but then I also called him out for leaving a huge mistake in the video. Fun Fact - if you want to call yourself a professional, THAT is the standard, so live up to it !

I would say try to add more robust definition of ligament structure. Origin and insertion and how they interact with each other in a micro and macro scale would be awesome.

To get the leg to externally rotate after the ankle rolls out would be huge from an educational perspective.

It’s fascinating watching experts push back on AI’s flaws, honestly, that friction is exactly what’s going to force it to get sharper, better, and eventually damn near unstoppable.

"Every team wants to win a championship, but not every team wants to do the things required for a championship. And here's the thing: it's easy to be an average team. It doesn't require a lot. It's less adversity to be average in the world. The consequences of being average aren't easy. We end up wearing them. There's strain and struggle that comes with that too. The standard is just lower to be an average team. To be a championship team, to be champion, to be a championship team member here . . . I'm not gonna lie to you . . . I'm going to tell you the truth. It is harder. It is. The question is: Is it worth it? Some people say, "Oh it's not harder work." Yes it is. It's harder work. You can pursue comfort or you can pursue excellence. If we pursue comfort, we gotta give up some excellence. But if we pursue excellence, then we're just going to face more adversity. Everyone who's ever accomplished something excellence has had to overcome it. We are here today for a reason. Two reasons actually. Reason #1 is let's make sure that we identify and realize the opportunities that are in front of us. Reason #2 is let's make sure that we are preparing for the adversity that those opportunities require. And just understand: every single time you lever up your opportunities and you identify, "Oh there's something more I can do, more I can achieve. I can get better. I can earn more. I can do this." It's going to be matched with the adversity that comes with it. I want to make sure we are prepared for both of those, so that we're not chasing big opportunities and then getting mad when things start getting harder along the way. Is that fair? Does that make sense?"

In education, are we more focused on what school will look like 10 years from now, or asking the question, what are we doing with students today, and how will that affect them in 10 years? I also wonder how many students truly care about our “10 Year” plans in education. What matters most to them is what we are doing today. I was having a conversation with my daughter Kallea this past week and sharing about an opportunity that I wanted and how it didn’t work out. That was a teachable moment and I asked her, “What do you think your dad is going to do now?” Without hesitating she said, “Work harder.” This is something that I have talked about with her a lot, but hopefully, it is also something that I model. Sometimes things don’t work out because life isn’t fair. And sometimes, things don’t work out because we are not ready and haven’t done the work to get the accomplishment. It is easy to make the fault of others, and sometimes, that is even true. But I know that I always can control my own actions and if you complain about a problem, once you are finished complaining, it is still a problem. Only action creates future opportunities. My actions are the only things I can control. I hope this sticks with her and my kids because I know it is something my parents instilled in me. Of course, we need to focus on what school and learning can look like in the future, but we also have to understand that the future is also very dependent on what we install in our children today.
