How can we reasonably expect fathers not to go to jail for what they would/should instinctively do when confronted with evidence of this kind of violence committed against their sons? Seriously?

I would have Liam Nesson this person. It bothers me how desensitized our youth has become. They are more interested in going viral than doing the right thing and stopping physical abuse.

Find his family. Publicly involve them. Social score the perp and track movements for a designated period of time with consequence and verified reeducation. Full civil and criminal liability.
