In the UK, only around 14% of menopausal women take HRT and this number usually shocks people. But as you can hear Dr Mary Claire Haver talk about here - in the US it is only 4% now, when just over 20 years ago it was around 40%. Much of this reduction in HRT use and the negativity regarding HRT stems from the misinterpretation of the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) study which was published in 2002. For those of you who don’t know much about this, in 1993, the WHI began a clinical trial looking at the health effects of women taking oestrogen-only or combined HRT compared to a placebo. In 2002, researchers halted the part of the study looking at women taking both oestrogen and progesterone (two hormones that decline during the perimenopause onwards) early over concerns there were small increased risks of breast cancer, heart disease, strokes and blood clots. This led to confusion and concern from doctors and women worldwide, and in the UK women taking HRT fell sharply. But even with the older versions of HRT, the WHI researchers have subsequently acknowledged that HRT is the most effective treatment for managing menopausal symptoms like hot flushes and that taking oestrogen alone reduces the risk of breast cancer by 23% and death by breast cancer by 40%. It is time we move on from the misinterpretation of this study and allow more women to access hormone replacement if that is what they want.

I was shocked to learn that in some studies, up to 27% of people on birth control report a decrease in their libido or sex drive. And yet, how many people are ACTUALLY talking about this? That’s why today I’m sitting down with Dr Rachel Rubin. Rachel is a board-certified urologist and sexual medicine specialist and one of ONLY 80 doctors in the US trained to treat both male and female sexual health. Before we started recording, Rachel said “I’m filled with rage”… She explained that people are being denied basic information about their bodies, hormones, sexual health and the treatments that could improve their quality of life… I said to Rachel in this conversation that it’s staggering that so many women are still being let down by the medical system. It makes you think - if men were in this exact situation, would this be the case? We discussed things like: - Why so many women are told their symptoms are normal when they are actually treatable. - Why Testosterone is not just a male hormone. - How hormones can affect UTIs, libido, pain during sex and overall quality of life. - If doctors are properly trained in women’s sexual health. - Why men need to understand the main topic of this episode too. What became clear to me is that this isn’t just a conversation about sex. It’s about health, relationships, confidence, ageing, pain, shame and the way people feel in their own bodies. I was at a DEBATE last night at Cambridge University UK to debate LGBTQ ( but seemed like mostly TRANS issues) Helen Webberly Dr Helen Webberley (she/her) was there on the opposition and never ever debated any of us she just went up to the platform and spewed lies and hate. In this video she posted she thinks she is smart somehow but this just shows she never debated on trans issues with transsexual people. She claims to be a “ gender expert “ a “ Trans activist “ WTF . You may have seen the headlines this morning with yet another paper showing that women who have an earlier menopause are at a higher risk of dementia. This is something we have known for decades now and it’s because oestradiol has protective effects all around the body - including the brain - so when a women has an earlier menopause, she is without her hormones for a longer period of time which leads to this increased risk. The paper I am discussing here talks more about the science behind this and I would really recommend you all read it. I will share a link in my story now. It is crucial we do more research in this area and allow more women to have access to hormones if that is what they want.

Women aren't naturally crazy. The reason that so many women act crazy is because their hormones and nervous systems are completely messed up from things like hair dyes, shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, vaccines, ultra processed foods and birth control pills. A lot of the products that are sold to women are completely unnecessary but even the ones that are necessary can be replaced with something natural. In order for a woman to not be crazy, she needs to feel safe and secure. The way to do this is by not putting on products that mess up your hormones and living in an environment that's not overly chaotic. The reason that women like to shop so much is because it mimics picking berries in nature. The moral of the story is if you're a woman and you don't want to be crazy you need to lock in the products that you're using and the environment that you're living.

I often have women messaging me to ask if there is a cut off age for taking HRT, or to ask what age they need to stop HRT. The answer is that there is usually no set length of time you should take HRT for - the menopause is a long-term hormone deficiency so women can usually take HRT forever to replace these missing hormones. However, after the Women’s Health Initiative Study was published in 2002, many women have resisted taking HRT, especially after age 65 years, because of fears of perceived risks. However, a new study has been published today showing that these fears are unfounded. The study also showed that women who took oestrogen only HRT beyond the age of 65 was associated with significant risk reductions in mortality, breast cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, congestive heart failure, venous thromboembolism, atrial fibrillation, acute myocardial infarction, and dementia. There were also benefits to future health in women who took combination oestrogen and progesterone. The most benefit was with transdermal oestradiol and progesterone. She lies about two years of therapy being needed before children begin puberty blockers. Yes, this is a lie, as evidenced by a news article just this morning in Australia that children were beginning puberty blockers and/or cross-sex hormones without even a single psychiatric assessment. She lies further by saying children are not receiving hormones, and thinks it’s not a big deal that kids are being sterilized because her generation doesn’t want to have children anyway. She ends the conversation by saying we can’t release this footage, threatens to delete it off of my phone herself, and then puts on a fake crying act for some other university students who just arrived and started filming. He appears to be drawing parallels between medical misogyny and trans entitlement. Women are frequently told their ailments could be alleviated with weight loss. And while that might be insulting to a woman who has broken her nose, or has a UTI, it’s fair that doctors explore this with patients, given 60% of British women are overweight and 27% are obese. Because excess weight WILL interfere with hormone balance, fertility, mobility, mental health, skin, gut health, liver, kidney and heart function… So when the doctor asks if you’ve ever stopped tr00ning long enough to consider that the entirely unnecessary hormones that do not belong in your male body might be causing your allergies/stomach pain/weird smelling piss, I think it would be wise to listen, instead of making a video that implies your doctor is the retarded one.

I’m afraid I have some terrible news. The governor of America’s largest and richest state has just signed a law that puts 10 million children and adolescents in grave danger of medical mistreatment. The media headlines have it wrong. They claim that California Governor Gavin Newsom’s new law protects children by stopping public schools from outing their new gender to their parents. It does just the opposite. It makes children vulnerable to irreversible and lifelong medical abuse and mistreatment. And it is all based on the pseudoscientific idea that some children are born into the wrong bodies and that we can change a person’s sex through drugs and surgery. For any of this to make sense, you have to understand what’s happening in Britain. Several years ago, the government appointed a well-respected pediatrician named Hillary Cass to investigate whether it was ethical to block the puberty of children, give them opposite-sex hormones, and perform surgeries on their bodies to make them feel better about their gender. Dr. Cass came back a few weeks ago and said no, absolutely not. Around the same time, the British government banned puberty blockers nationwide. And, just a few days ago, the new Labor Party government affirmed that it would maintain the former government’s ban. In her report, Cass said that the so-called “social transition,” whereby a child adopts the identity of the opposite sex, is not a neutral act and has psychological consequences. This means it is the first step toward medical intervention. What Gavin Newsom has done is actively prevented schools from informing parents that their children have been put on a medical pathway. This is an outrageous attack on the rights of children and parents. Children have a right to go through puberty. No adult should be able to block their puberty. And parents have a right to know if their child thinks that they are the opposite sex or were born into the wrong body. We have seen with leaked internal documents of the leading gender medicine group, WPATH, that these medical interventions, namely puberty blockers, hormones, and surgery, are not only irreversible but result in sterilization and loss of sexual function. Children or adolescents are simply not mature enough to understand the effects of so-called “gender-affirming care.” They cannot, in other words, give their informed consent. The new law creates the grave risk that activist teachers, students, and outside groups will convince their children that they were born into the wrong body, and hide their “social transition” from parents, which will lead to harmful medical mistreatment. As such, the law that Newsom just signed is the opposite of what both children and their parents need. We need schools to immediately warn parents if their children think they are the opposite sex. After all, this is a diagnosable psychiatric condition known as “gender dysphoria.” And if your child has a psychiatric disorder, whether anxiety, depression, an eating disorder, or gender dysphoria, you have a right to know. And schools must stop teaching children, or allowing other people to teach children, the pseudoscientific and dehumanizing ideas that it’s possible to be born into the wrong body and possible to change one’s sex. As such, either the legislature, the courts, or a ballot initiative will be required to nullify Newsom’s law. Until then, it is important to spread the word to parents that California public schools are fundamentally unsafe for the millions of children who attend them.
