@TomiCaws It's become a habit since my partner moved in with me. I rarely did it before then. It's about breaking the habit and replacing it with something else that you enjoy. Seeing it as gaining something rather than giving something up. Good luck. You CAN do this

@TomiCaws If you want help and support try joining AA i had a real problem with drinking in my younger days I went to AA back in 1986 and haven't had a drink since it's not going to be easy but remember it's not the 10th drink that gets you drunk it's the first one
