I don’t think this was substance induced. If you’ve watched RHOA & Tardy for the Party, when he was a toddler & up, KJ’s lack of impulse control & self regulation skills were a regular theme. It was openly discussed, by his elder sisters especially. Keep in mind, KJ was only 11 years old in April 2023, when the 1st assaults were reported. Which means that it could’ve started even younger than 11 before even the most zealous sideline parent would see the need for a competitive edge via substance. My point is - KJ’s issues are likely neurological. Substances would make it worse but imo he was likely predisposed from birth. Per Kroy, Kim is an addict. Gambling & shopping indicate unregulated impulse control, seeking dopamine in unhealthy ways. Let’s hope he the work Mommy refused to do. He needs intensive counseling to help him healthfully cope & regulate emotional surges without resorting to harming himself or others.
