This is a really slick, progressive-sounding video from Andy Burnham. But then - so was Keir Starmer's leadership video! That doesn't automatically mean Burnham will be Starmer II. It does mean we should focus on substance, not vibes.

Really dislike Kemi Badenoch for (insert a long list of reasons) But it is absolutely disgusting that Keir Starmer did not mention to Andy Burnham that he will need to find an extra £5 billion to fund Starmer's 'legacy' defence plan Starmer complained about the Conservatives leaving a black hole, he's now doing the same but for his Labour successor What a disgraceful way to end his premiership
