100% there are ppl never saw a combat zone claiming to be disabled while having a 6 figure job & enjoying life to the fullest while collecting a disability check from the military. It’s always the few the screw it up for the rest.

@Libs_OfChicago Well, I'd get mad , but the govt decided it was cool to send billions and billions to othe countries, and to give welfare to illegals. Until that all stops, oh well. If we're giving free money to the whole rest of the world, might as well go to Americans too

@Mappy6984 You can be mad at multiple things at once though.

If people understood just how hard it is to get va disability they wouldn’t complain. There are some grifters sure, but it’s the extreme minority. We need to be asking what about military service causes so much harm? What is the military doing to people that fucks them ip so bad? Those “cooks” still go through basic, they are still soldiers/sailors/airmen first. There was a podcast episode where a divorce attorney was going to help his friend out. That’s it. Just trying to help a friend out. And he said it was the most hostile adversarial system in the country. These VA raters will go out of their way to destroy your life. And fuck you if you had a job that require a clearance. They will deny you because on no records.z

I was sitting in an airport bar and overheard on of these coaches talking to a vet on how to get disability. Dude was even like "I'm not disabled" and the coach was like "yes you are and here's how..."

My buddy is on full disability, but he's been shot twice, blown up (IED's), multiple times. His ankle broken kicking in doors. Had surgery for bleachers syndrome. I think he earned it..

You need to remember you can’t say no to any of the shots they give you you are a guinea pig. Take a look at the military birth rate and defects because of what they shoot us up with and that was all before Covid. There’s a lot of stuff you don’t see and a lot of stuff that’s not allowed to be reported on you need to remember They keep all this stuff quiet on purpose and there’s a reason why they pay out.

It’s such a wild issue. I was lucky enough to do 26 months in Iraq and come out completely unscathed. I have 0% disability but I know people who I served with in my unit that also were never injured in any way that are rocking 90%.

First off, that’s the deal signed in the contract. People are eligible even if they didn’t go over seas The Va says sleep apnea is a disability You don’t get sleep apnea going over seas 🙄 Being able to get disability is not based off “if you deployed and got hurt ” It’s based off of “the signed contracts made with the government ” Stop bitching and go into the military and get your benefits

Some of the service rated conditions probably should be eliminated entirely. For example, you can get 30% for plantar fasciitis (15% per foot), or the other hand you can get only 30% after being raped on base.

’s right about the faker & shaker welfare program but the sad truth is he can never have the other side of the story on the show: someone dying or who died waiting for benefits they needed but never received. I spent 7 years slowly dying to seizures caused by a blast in combat because the VA refused to treat. It’s insane listening to story after story of freebies they threw out to peeps who never went to combat while I suffered and my friends died deaths of despair never getting the care they needed.

Check my math but only about 1.5% of the population collect VA disability. And half of that is for ratings higher than 70%, about 2 million people. 2 million people across at least 4 different wars. Vietnam, war, Iraq and Afghanistan. Like I saw in other posts, there are always grifters and abusers. Also, if you deployed in a combat zone, there was always the chance your life could have been taken at any moment from rockets or mortars. Another misconception is that VA disability is only for war or combat. It's meant to cover any damage to your body that you sustained while serving. The military destroys your body and fucks with you mentally (ruck marches, PT every day, load and unload heavy shit, loud noises, airborne soldiers falling like rocks, combat drills, etc...). They are obligated to cover any damages you might get. Bad knees, bad backs, shoulder issues, loss of hearing, your mental funtions. Just ask yourself what your life/body is worth to you. And if you are jealous, envious or feel it's not fair, please join the service and complain after.

How about you expose the fraudsters instead of beating down veterans? Pretty sure this guy wouldn’t be allowed to post videos about people cheating welfare or illegals abusing benefits, right?! Because I’m damn sure he gets more of those 🙄

I work with a lot of ex military & they are ALL on some % of disability.. I make fun of one of them bc he eats Chinese Food & garbage every day & claims 100% disability from the military bc of Chron’s disease 😂 I’m like dude you have the best Chrons ever.. Chinese food, ice cream, big grab bags of Doritos.. It’s very easy to leave the military on disability.

@sircalebhammer needs to change his understanding of what a disability is. Or Congress needs to change the laws and redefine what the VA says is a disability.

I know a guy who’s a mechanic, and he wanted disability for two things… the check, and the ability to park up front at the store. You would look at this guy, and think he’s an honorable guy, and then when he tells that story (he thinks it makes him sound clever) you lose all respect for him (at least I did) I had been paying him cash to work on machines at the factory but once he told me the story that he was fully disabled because of a “service related” back injury, but he was out there slinging 60 to 100 pound sewing machines with the greatest of ease, I had to let him go. I was so disgusted

Obviously, you can have your opinion, but let me help you with some facts… just because you’re a cook doesn’t mean you’ve actually never been in a fire fight, got blown up by an IED, and or kill lots of enemy combatants. One of the cooks from the Ranger regiment in 1993 had an extremely high confirmed kill count. Additionally, one of the reasons there are services out there that help people to navigate the VA is because they make it so incredibly hard as their hope is people will stop trying- that is not my opinion, that was from a VA whistleblower. That is literally why they do it… For example, retired in 2013 and in 2025, after going to the VA judge three times, I’m gonna get assessed for new appointments. Doesn’t mean I’m actually getting anything from the VA just 12 years later I will get follow up appointments to recheck what they did. Are there some people who got over, yes there are… should beta males such as yourself, be responsible for calling them out, I think not.

I work in an industry w/many vets and its sickening how much I've heard vets brag about this. Recently on an int'l flight where pilot was bragging to other two saying his strat was to get 100% for some BS eye thing...but didn't want to say anything before that due to his job (paraphrasing him here). I support vets 100% & disability itself but abuse needs to be addressed. There is no political will. Many vets think they deserve it regardless of actual injury, many if not a majority think there's no issue with abusing it a little (after all, they served!!!) and they are the ultimate interest group. Hope someone takes it on.

When I got out, I didn’t claim any of my disabilities. I wish I would’ve because 20 years later they’ve gotten much worse and now we’re affecting my daily life and now I have to fight for what scratch I can get.

FYI, US military are guinea pigs. If u think kids get lots of vax, ask a veteran. Yes, a lot of these freaks on his show are abusing the system. But many more need help & the lib govt prefers to spend $ on illegals. Fight the BS.

the serious issue is that young men volunteer and sacrifice for the wars and lies of this country. With no question. They deserve everything they get. The cooks, the groundskeepers, the electricians as well as the actual war fighters. Without one group you don’t have the other.

And here I am with a torn shoulder from a training mission that never got treated beyond Motrin and never healed right and now I've got reduced mobility for rest of my life and they won't give me anything for it. I'm lucky I got 10% for the ringing in my ears. And don't get me started on my back.

It's all the vaccines given at the same time. It breaks the immune system permanently. Cancer and auto-immune diseases are 7 times higher in the veteran population. The vaccines are the only thing that connects every single veteran together regardless of time served or mos.
