India mein to right hand drive ban hi kar dena chahiye. Kyonki chalte to sab left hand drive ke hisab se hain. Jam mein phanse bike wale divider cross karke ya fir footpath par bike chada kar nikal lenge. Unka bas chale aur kisi ke ghar ka darwaza khula mile to uske ghar mein ghus kar peech ki gali mein nikal jayenge. Truck wale left ki jagah right lane mein chalte hain. Ab unko overtake karna ho to driver ko uske bagal wali passenger seat par baithe vyakti se poochna padta hai ki dekho aage clear hai ki nahin. Koi bhi kahin bhi sadak paar kar leta hai. Bas haath uthaya aur cross karne lage. Jaise hi sadak nikalti hai chacha bhatija sadak kinare ghar bana lenge. Fir ek taraf se doosri taraf cross karne ka silsila shuru ho jayega. Log to fasal bhi sukha lete hain sadak par bicha kar.

Licenses should become stricter. Why is nobody talking about making that water tight so that people cannot pay and get licenses and proper testing facilities are there.

I drove from Mumbai to Kutch last month. Gujarat has excellent roads but you will struggle to pass trucks who block all the lanes speeding barely at 20 - 30 kmph. Same scenario in Mumbai. No time restriction for heavy vehicles. Park anywhere. Building new roads isn't solution

As you can see. Most of the problem is with these slow moving tuktuks/auto rickshaws occupying the driving lanes. Tuktuks need to be banned.

Need of the hour is to focus on licensing system. Driving lessons, awareness of laws, maintenance of vehicle should be taught before granting driver's licence. In countries like US/Europe/Australia, licensing procedure is very rigid tht ensures ppl understand imp of safe driving
